I provide limousine businesspeople the perspective they need to make good decisions and find the right tools to enable their company to propel them into the future that they want for themselves. When I owned a limo company I sold customer service, nothing else. In consulting my product is perspective.

For the last six of my 21 years in the limousine industry I have been a business consultant working exclusively with passenger transportation companies. As such I have done business with more than 25 businesses ranging in annual revenue from start-up to $15 million with fleets up to 150 units. I have also reviewed financials and/or business operations of another 30 companies I have not done business with as a consultant but have had interactions with during the span of my career.

Throughout the following pages I have listed what I, for convenience, call consulting products. Each product heading represents services I have provided in my consulting travels. There is no menu of prepackaged products available for a certain price. I consider it impossible to package any uniform products because every limousine business is inherently unique. What works for one operator will most likely not work for the next. There is no cookie cutter in the limousine industry, only what works for your operation individually. The most powerful solutions are born of experience and perspective.
